It does not extend to any websites/services that are linked to from the Software (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users of our Software).   6. Our Customers use our Software that people can download and use. Our Customers are responsible and control the content in the Software and they are responsible to manage the data they collect from you.

    We have no direct relationship with the individuals who provide Personal Information to our Customers.

    The Personal Information refers to any information that you voluntarily submit and consent to us and that identifies you personally. Some data will be collected automatically by the Software to track your usage.

    By submitting any contact or subscription form on our website or Software, you agree to receive messages from us. You will always be free to easily unsubscribe at any time following our opt-out instructions. If you do not want to receive our messages and/or communication, please do not submit any form on our Software.

    Our Customers may import your data to our platform to send app invitations to download or use the Software. We collect this data under the direction of our Customers and their consent. We don't have direct relationship with individuals whose data We process.

    For a better experience while using the Software, We may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS, android.permission.READ_CONTACTS, android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE. The information that We request will be retained by us and used as described in section 4.

    The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

    4.1On behalf of our Customers, We may process data about your use of Software ("Analytics"). The usage data may include your IP address, Internet service provider, geographical location, device details, Software downloads, referral source, length of usage of Software, Software and content views, website or Software navigation paths, as well as information about the date and time of your view and usage, frequency and usage of Software and content. The source of the usage data is our analytics tracking system. This usage data is provided to our Customers to analyze the usage of Software, communicate with you, offer you their products and services and to improve the performance their product and service offerings.

    4.2On behalf of our Customers, We may process your account data ("account data"). The account data may include your name, information you authorize us to collect from your social profiles, and email address. The source of the account data is you. The account data may be processed for the purposes of operating Software ensuring the security of Software and services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent to us.

    4.3On behalf of our Customers, We may process your information included in your personal profile on Software ("profile data"). The profile data may include your name, information you authorize us to collect from your social profiles, email address and profile picture. The profile data may be processed for the purpose of enabling and monitoring your use of Software. The legal basis for this processing is your consent to us.

    4.4On behalf of our Customers, We may also use your data for our Customers communication and marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email and mobile push notifications with information on Software. This is completely controlled by our Customers to send marketing emails and push notifications to you. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under GDPR. If you no longer wish to receive emails and push notifications, you can use unsubscribe link in the email sent by our Customer. Or you can turn off notifications at your device level using option provided by your device's operating system and/or in the Software.

    4.5Please do not supply any other person's personal data to us, unless We prompt you to do so.

  9. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
  10. We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it. In any event, We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether We need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if We no longer need it.

    Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through the Software.

    Notwithstanding the security measures that We take, it is important to remember that the storing of data and transmission of data via the Internet may not be completely secure and that you are advised to take suitable precautions when transmitting to us data via the Internet.
